The tariff
One rate card nationwide. Busy zones carry a multiplier of up to 1.2×, and surge is capped at 1.4× on top — both are already in the fare you see before you confirm.

Buy kilometres, not orders
If you send parcels every day, a distance pack is cheaper than paying per run. Put money in once, spend the kilometres on any vehicle, and the base fare comes off every booking. Pay-as-you-go works out to about ₹21/km on a typical 4 km run.

Packs are prepaid and drawn down per kilometre travelled. GST is included in the pack price. Surge, waiting and parking still apply and are charged to your wallet. Sending more than 1,000 km a month? Business accounts get custom rates.

Yes. The quote at booking includes the base fare, distance, and 18% GST. It only changes if you add COD handling or keep the rider waiting beyond the free window.
Only when demand outruns riders in a zone — usually lunch and dinner peaks. Surge is capped at 1.4× and always shown on the fare before you confirm.
No. The same rate card runs in all six cities, so a 5 km bike run costs the same in Pune as in Mumbai.
You buy kilometres up front — ₹8,000 gets you 500 km, for example. Every booking draws its distance from the balance and the base fare is waived, so a pack works out cheaper than paying per run. The balance shows in your wallet, and you can still pay as you go once it runs out.
Lite rolls over once if you buy again before it expires. Regular and Pro roll over for as long as the subscription stays active. Nothing is refunded in cash.
